It is with genuine sadness that I announce I will be leaving Kirkby Community Primary Care Centre. Serving as your family doctor for the past ten years has been an incredible privilege and one of the greatest honours of my career. Being part of this community and caring for you and your families through both life’s challenges and celebrations has meant a great deal to me.
The trusting relationships and lasting friendships we have built are treasures I will always hold close. I feel truly fortunate to have met so many remarkable individuals and to have shared in your stories and everyday moments. Your kindness and warmth have made my time here unforgettable.
This was not an easy decision, and it comes with a heavy heart. Thank you for welcoming me so openly and allowing me to be a part of your lives. As I look ahead to new opportunities, I will always carry the lessons, memories, and gratitude from my time with you. My sincere hope is to return and serve this exceptional community again in the future.
